Discount Club & Fees

Discount Club membership will be compulsory from 1 January 2026 for all patients over the age of 18. Membership is free for Maaori and Pacific with no long term medical conditions.

The most common services we provide are FREE (no copayment) to Discount Club members. Other services are discounted.

Cancellations

Same day cancellations charged at full rate – a $90.00 cancellation fee applies. This applies to same day cancellations for all patients who do not attend a booked appointment or cancel on the day of the appointment.

New Patients

All new patients are required to attend a new patient consultation. The charge for this consultation is $90.00.
