Please call 04 595 4769 and follow the prompts. If you can’t use a phone please visit us at 5 Tongariro Street, Paraparaumu, Kāpiti.

Please let us know if you have any concerns about your health needs or those of a child that may be URGENT or COMPLEX.

Whakaaro (a thinking and planning consultation)

All patients requesting an appointment receive a FREE 5 minute telephone call (whakaaro consultation). This will help plan the next steps in your care.

In some cases, you may be offered an immediate consultation over the phone. After the first 5 minutes a fee will apply.

Standard GP consultation

If you are concerned about URGENT or COMPLEX health needs a FREE Standard GP consultation will be offered. All other patients will receive an Awhi consultation which commences after the first 5 minutes.

Awhi consultation

Awhi consultations are FREE for members of our Discount Club. Please see our discount club and fees page for detailed information about our fees and discount club

If you are concerned your health needs have not been met or you are becoming more unwell, please call back again and request an URGENT appointment. In an emergency call 111.

*Whakaaro consultations will be provided by another staff member where a GP is not available.

** where a whakaaro is provided by a nurse or a GP, you will be charged for an Awhi appointment after the first 5 minutes where you are not concerned your case is URGENT or COMPLEX.
